Some pictures with the Samsung NX100 plus 20-50mm lens.
I'm somewhat unconvinced by the 20-50mm lens on this camera. Its not a bad lens by any means, but compared to the Samsung 18-55mm I had on my NX10 it seems to be lacking some sharpness and "bite". The kit lens for the NX10 was particularly good, though somewhat large for the system. I'm assuming the sensors for the NX10 and NX100 are the same, so I'm putting this difference in image quality down to the lens.
Its a shame because I think the NX100 is very well designed and its a useful little camera. Comparing the results from this with the images I took the other day on the GF1 - http://soundimageplus.blogspot.com/2011/04/panasonic-gf1-and-multi-image-pictures.html
I very much prefer the GF1 results.
As usual, I try all sorts of alternatives, but keep on coming back to my Panasonic m4/3 cameras. An APS-C sensor and 14MP may sound like its going to produce better results, but in this case it seems it doesn't.
