Summer has arrived early! We are currently enjoying temperatures of 21C and clear blue skies which is very unusual for the beginning of April here in the UK. Took the Sony a850 (+ battery grip) down to Compton Verney, which is an old country house with an art gallery inside. The grounds were designed by Capability Brown and there is a beautiful Robert Adam bridge.
Not something I'd do normally but I thought I'd see what it was like to walk around with the a850 + the grip. As mentioned in the post yesterday the grip is excellent for vertical shots. Sony use this cutaway design which feels very comfortable to use.
The grounds have works of art in various places. This giant rocking horse is one. Quite disconcerting!
