The latrest version of Capture One Pro raw conversion software from Phase One supports the Sony NEX-C3. I downloaded a trial version - http://www.phaseone.com/en/downloads.aspx and tried some conversions compared to the camera jpgs.

Chalk and cheese really. The Capture One shots are so much better. The images taken with the Sony lenses are much improved using good software. There's better colour, sharpness, dynamic range, just about everything.
I've always liked Capture One. It is probably the best raw conversion software I've ever used. However the way I like to work is to do a fairly simple conversion and then work on the file in Photoshop. To this end Adobe Camera Raw suits me very well. However if you want to see how a really good raw conversion programme works, Phase One offer a 30 day trial on their software.
